Not long in from work and ready to hit the sack very soon. Thought yis were all away to bed so wasn't gonna post!

Did read what Broken Halo replied to me on last nights thread about AA and just wanted to say a big well done to ye BH Ye have really grabbed this bugger of addiction by the ****s and are an inspiration for the effort ye are putting in to keep it down where it belongs :thumbs:

Satz, can't remember when I went to bed - nine-ish? Have you not learnt anything about Sleep? It's like cats on heat: you can try your best to keep them inside, but they will find a way out. Your Real Sleep hotfooted it out to me, we had a lovely night together! You can have it back now.
