Afternoon, shopping shoppped for, laundry done and oven clean, am knackered. Since himself is off today I now need to consider dirtying the cooker and making some dinner but can't be bothered for now

I chucked in some carrots that needed using up and desecrated coconut because I can. Ravi Shankar is pinkling and tinkling and ragaing to add to the mood; light some incense and I'm all set for Friday night!

Your food sounds delish. I was going to make grilled chicken burgers but young Einstein left the packets of fillets on top of each other so it hasn't defrosted. You can't put the damn things in the microwave to defrost. Or at least, I don't like to. Quiche it is - mom had visitors today.

You can defrost in the micro - but it takes patience.
Defrost 1 min leave for 4 mins repeat till done but reducing the 'defrost' time each time.
Ah here I'm tired even explaining it zzzzzzzzzz :H

I'm resting in bed watching the United States of Tara on Netflix. Had to go back to the Doc this a.m. cos I got all wheezy from the anesthetic and got put on bed rest. So nothing much of interest to report from my neck of the woods...
