    I PM'd her about a week ago. She said all was well. She had moved into her new place. I am hoping that she'll be back soon.

                HELLO

                Hi All-

                I am flattered that anyone is thinking of me. All is well here.

                The new place is terrific! I really like it a lot. Byrdie has been to visit , and my sister, but other than that no visitors. I spend a lot of time alone and that's OK with me right now.

                I keep remembering drunken episodes from the past that I haven't thought of in years.
                It's astonishing to allow myself to go back so far and see so clearly what a mess I was even early on. I can sit here and say I WISH I could have figured it out back then, or I wish someone had helped me....but there is no point in looking back.
                Except for the reinforcement for continued sobriety. I shudder to think of what could have happened.

                Anyhooo....lonely but OK. Working from home this week and very grateful for my job that I love.

                I have two trips to Chicago coming up, one for training and one for another big "show" like Vancouver was. I am going to have a lot of free time in the city during this trip.
                I think I'll do touristy stuff like Shedd Aquarium etc. Our pre-show meeting is out on the Navy Pier which is always fun. I think I'll take my "good" camera and try to get some good pictures.

                I will be sticking around here.

                  Great to hear from you Ann! You're right, there's no reason to look back. The only reality is here and now. That past just lets you know that where you're at now is a better place.
