You are such a calm, soothing presence on MWO, it is hard to believe you've been at this for only 2 years (but great job on both of them!!!). You seem like someone who saw the light years and years ago -- your posts give such useful guidance and hope.

How great that you found your way out at a relatively young age so your daughter only knows her sober dad .

Pinecone, I can't believe it's been 2 years!! Hard to believe that 2 years and 3 days ago, you were probably as low emotionally as it gets, and to hear you just say that these have been the happiest 2 years of your life speaks volumes!!!

Byrdie, I remember the first time I read through one of your posts, and it was like an AF tornado had blown through my mind! It was part of a turning point for me to understand the leap of faith that us alcoholics have to make to be free. We have to give it up to gain everything else in return.
