Crikey I'm that late this morning you're just getting general :wave:, good mornings and how are youse.

Was having a bit of a natter with my Aunt. Her little dog arrives for the weekend today..........she's cottoned on already that it is a cunning plan between her daughter and me.................and you know what ...........it's working She's already got a few poo bags and a new bowl and dish for the dog.

Coffee up from mug a day to sometimes three. Sleep's always been a problem, even when I went off caffeine years ago.

You'd better get a grit big hankie out as this wee dog is blind in one eye and her owner has just died from cancer.

I haven't heard of olive jam either. Good excuse to go the posh deli shop in town. Not that I'd buy any as none of us like olives I just want to have lewk.

JC, that dog-therapist idea for your aunt is just so lovely - I need a warm fuzzies smiley here.

Can't say that I've been inundated with applications for jam job. Olive jam is lovely - I don't like jams - way too sweet, but with the olive jam the salty olive taste comes out nicely. I'm even thinking of adding some rosemary.

Magnesium for sleep with L-Tryptophan - I always say it - worked a dream for me !!

On another note :
Was drawn to a book in the gym this morning - "Yeast - is that your problem" ? Candida Albicans and how to cure it "
- I have all the symptoms of yeast overgrowth.
Aching limbs - itching - extreme tiredness -
Going to read that book and explore what I need to do .....

Just thinking ...... remember all the great 'debates' there used to be on the boards.
Molls, Oney & Zens used to be always 'straying' out of the barracks and getting in trouble and then running back - that was great craic !
Very little going on these days. or are we just missing it ?

Satz's last post from yesterday - I assumed she referred to the ab/mod debates; might have misunderstood her completely :new:

I read the mods thread (neighbours) yesterday; somebody was saying how good 30 days AF felt, then later serenaded the joys of drinking. Had me totally and absolutely

I know, I know. Honestly talking to my Aunt this morning there was a teeny little bit of excitement in her voice for the first time in months. Anyway mustn't get away with ourselves the dog doesn't arrive 'til this afternoon and they might just hate each other.............but I doubt that very much though.
