Good morning, Army

It was lovely to see my cousin last night. She still helped to organise our wedding way back when, and left for the States a few weeks after. We've only seen her every 2nd year or so since then. She has no plans to return, though - her life is very much settled and she's doing well for herself. There is also just no comparison between the salaries for the same job. She's a specialist theatre nurse, earning in the region of $120 000 a year. Locally, she'd make ZAR240 000 a year. The dollar equivalent is $24 000. A no-brainer, then.

Have a lekker Tuesday, folksies. I'll try and maximise my smoke break opportunities to enjoy the sunshine while it lasts - in for more rain come tonight.

Do I need several :cupajoe: :cupajoe: right now - just got back from the computer guy. Sweetie kitty Giada did some keyboard dancing last night and managed to turn my screen display upside down! Strangest thing. Computer guy laughed when I phoned him about it, fixed it in a few seconds.
