Afternoon Army peeps. Started my Crimbo shopping today so warning that random outbursts of Jingle Bells are likely. Are our colonial cousins celebrating Thanksgiving yet?

Thanks for the hugs and thoughts :l. Did feel a bit of a lump in my throat a couple of times today. Also avoiding talking to mum about him - she gets too emotional.

Other than that, a good day was had (except for crap weather). Starting to get used to the new e-ciggie thingy majiggy. Will see how it goes. I didn't have any real cigarettes at work today, but have smoked two since getting home. The idea is to see to what extent I can substitute the one for the other, and then gradually reduce the nicotine levels of the fluid I use.

What did you end up watching this arvo, JC?

Productive day had by everyone else?

Just checking in from the sunshine. Just been out for a lovely meal and watched the sun go down over the Arabian Sea! As there is no booze here it is great to see how easy it can be to be alcohol free

Evening. Well I did very little today I just got too lazy be bothered but I have the weekend to catch up on housework as I don't invites or social events to go to. Just put dinner on. Spicy salmon with sweet and white potatoes and mixed veg. See whats on tv for later and read. Glad your day went well Tipps and well done on cutting on the ciggies.:l::k

Ended up with a NCIS, 2 x Big Bang Theory, CSI Miami, half a Mentalist (dropped off for the 2nd half) and a Law & Order.
