    Underoos and Friends - December

Dinner done and dusted, boys whipper snipped, god how hard is it to get one of those bloody things going. Glad it was them.

My daughter came over with a bottle of wine and i said to her "remember i said i was giving up today" and shes like just have one glass. The temptation hit me in the face like a fucking brick and the thought did cross my mind but I didnt. I dont want to and i dont need it. The dog broke her wine glass I told her it was karma lol.

So here I am posting on here and watching the idiot box.

Wow Mr G now why didnt you remember her from 26 years ago. I fel into bed pissed so many times, i dont think i would remember anyone from 26 years ago. They were my Sydney days also.

Always lovely to get flowers they really do brighten the house up if only for a short while Tawny.

Reg save me some crackling, just love pork in the webber with all the veges thrown in. Can never get the crackling crackled though. Chicken here which was nice. Should have had a bbq but would have entailed going to the shops and feeling way too fragile for that trip at the moment.

Well yes but nothing like chewing on some crackling i say and the webber does get rid of lots of fat i suppose. I'd prefer pork on my fork. Better the arteries than the liver i reckon.

Had the bestest day. My beautiful little sister and BIL arrived with a huge bunch of lillies; took me to lunch and gave me a ticket to see Aaron Neville and Dr. John at Hamer Hall in April. Something good to look forward to.
        Brilliant! that's really nice Tawny.

I hope that pork was free range Reg? :H and yep, Mr G you got a bargain on the kale. The local organic market charges around $6 a big bunch. But mine has come back since the rain so I'm self sufficient again...

              Superb Happs.

              Morning all,

Sky bleu here, quite windy, but a bonza day nonetheless.

Visiting James this morning, followed by some bills and banking.

I note over the weekend Bianca Reinhardt has come out stating she has experienced mental health issues in the past (eating disorder and depression), and felt it important to announce this publicly with the purpose of destigmatizing M/H issues and talking about them. I think i have a story/topic for my blog on the site this week.

I cannot and will not complain about my lot. I am very lucky, and i am grateful for many things. I am writing a list every morning.

              Have a beeewdy. Ooroo.

                Morning Happy and G!

Good to be reminded about how lucky we are G. I've been feeling pretty down and negative for the last couple of weeks. But I got up and did some sun salutations this morning (in my efforts to be more of a bendy person in 2014 :H:H) and tried to think more positively about the week ahead.

Only 15 more working days until I get a holiday ....... and I'm counting them down!

Morning all, a hot hot day in Melbourne but having an ADO so life is good. I ended up going back on my AD's last week. The drinking was not helping but neither was my mother visiting for a month and a half with her negativity. Feeling a lot better mentally this week and ready to tackle the AF days.

Don't forget the blockout Mr G its going to be hot out there!

Quick fly through from me too.
Is it just me or are things starting to busy up for Christmas already?

Thanks Mr G will have a look for sure. I am renting and have a house evaluation day today so busy cleaning and want to finish early as 36 now they are predicting. All takes time to get the head back into perspective, going to book into see a psychologist shortly, love being hypnotised to let go of the bad stuff. I just need to keep busy busy busy.

Just read both posts and very motivational but 226 blew me away. The depth of honesty and the feeling that it was me writing it was emotional and so very very true. Thanks Mr G

                              Good Morning Undies,
Well, my weekend was spent buying a tarp, poles and rope for when we start camping again,
and hunting out camping gear and seeing how it fits in the back.
I'm getting a bit sick of walking on eggshells around Mr Rags.
It is a fraught household at the moment.
Hopefully in a couple of months he may get used to the idea of not smoking.
He reckons I was a real shit when I stopped smoking but.
This morning I've taken the white Getz to the garage, been to the gym, (and managed to hurt my neck and shoulder) , cleaned out a cupboard and
caught up with the Undies thread.
Later to-day I have the X-ray and MRI of my neck.

                              Reggie,
Which do you (and others) think is best?
A Weber or a regular (small size ) BBQ?
Remember a year ago Missy was talking about getting a BBQ?
Well, that's about the same time we thought of replacing our old one.
Thought I might get one if there's a post Christmas sale.

                              Tawn,
How did you save the Reggiecam?
I tried a copy/paste but it bombed out.

Lovely day here, feeling enthused, so
going to chuck out some stuff.

I was listening to ABC radio about an hour ago about safety ads and they mentioned these ones. Thought you might enjoy them..
