I love juicing, but it is such a chore cleaning the juicer!! I cheat and get them from the local food hall

I recently discovered this place - the juices are fantastic, but they dont have a supplier close, so I can only get them when I go to the beach

They advertise on tv every night I think...we are the victims of advertising :H:H but I'm sure if you googled you'd see it. David Wolfe - the paleo guy does the infomercials...lots of people nodding so next minute your nodding and buying it...BUT it is easy to clean, you just rinse out the cup and stick it on the drainer....again that's part of the advertising :H

Hey Aspey,
How much juice are you having each day.... as in, what is your general diet at the moment?
Lots of salads? Much meat? I've missed out on a few of your November posts.

i was eating minimal meat and carbs for the last week, eating heaps of fruits and salads to prepare for a juice fast.
today is day 3 of my veggie&fruit juice fast.
so only about 2.5lt of fresh self squeezed juice a day. bottom line i feel great today, full of energy, more that i have been for months and i am stuck at work.
