not sure had it - but I'm sure someone else will come along and be able to answer the question.

Angel ?? :l I just looked at the weather cam for Dunedin and it aint pretty. I've been eating lots of mangos for you though :-)

Aspy - how's those zoggs going?

We've had kookaburras waking us the last couple of mornings - haven't heard them before now so now sure what is brining them out.

Nice day today - an hour at the gym and 1km swum; went to South Head to see the start of the Sydney- Hobart race, and then a 45 minute bike ride around the try restful Cooks River which is not too far away from where we live. And the first of the "left over ham sandwiches" that we will be eating for the next month or so :-)

        Hiya Missy and Hadit!

Turkey sandwiches here. Why? Cause i.am.a.turkey.

Compliments of the season to you Hadit. How are you going? I've never looked for Kudzu, but i googled and found an online supplier in Melbourne. They may import the stuff, i don't know. I don't know anything about this company nor am i recommending them, they just came up on google search. Here's the link so you can suss it out.

I wonder if a Chinese medicine doc would stock it, or the bigger health food stores? All the best with it mate.

        Take care y'all.

My family usually do this on special occasions, just for my enjoyment. This is the first year I haven't had to sit through it. Someone forgot tradition - how sad. I think it is a term of endearment because I can't imagine fond friends or family deliberately wanting to make us feel like shit. I actually mentioned how distressing I found it, so perhaps someone listened! You could suggest you h.a.t.e sitting through the flash backs.
No I'm sick to death of it. It happens frequently and a few of them get into it. So I rang the offenders today and asked them how they would feel if I reciprocated with some of their deep darkies.
I suspect I won't be hearing another thing about it.

                Hiya Hadit.
                Glad you dropped in.
I'm pretty sure I got some off this site and some from a very kindly Undie who spoilt me rotten.

Mr G's link sounds like the go.

I also discovered in my travels that it comes in powder form as a cooking ingredient from Asian grocery stores, but never managed to turn it up.

                Welcome.

Lovely evening at some close friends, spoiled only by people's insistence on repeating old Jones drinking horror stories. It seems to be a Christmas ritual. I'm the one that provided the fodder so I'll have to face up to the fact that the pisshead stories are going to have a great deal of longevity.

Suppose they feel much more comfortable exposing my underbelly than their own.

Apart from that, a calm and enjoyable Xmas was had.

Hope you've all enjoyed your time today.

He seems fine.Very happy it seems with the GF.
I wonder if DD was exaggerating - I will stay on the case though.
I've been keeping an eye on him - but it's hard to tell here over the holiday period in the environment of guzzleing drink every day over Christmas.
