Dottie I think you and I married older guys... I've been seeing lots of down time...early bed...lets lay on the couch and watch the history channel...fun fun fun...sigh. Life in the Van with Mama sounds MUCH more fun!

Dh and I are here with the doggies for a quiet day. I have a nice dinner planned for later.
I hope his kids remember to call...I just dont get it. He was a good dad and didnt leave them his wife asked him to leave so this animosity from his son is beyond me....but I try to stay out of it...
So we will have a nice day with NO family politics or stress..and that is a very good thing....Comment

Hi My Dear Friends!
I haven't had a chance to read back yet, but I wanted to share what happened to me on Tuesday. The morning started out normal, got my coffee (and yes, went outside for a cig) took my morning medication and got all comfy in bed to read. About 20 minutes later I totally went into the deepest sleep and COULD NOT wake up all day. When I was awake, it was like I was outside my body. I couldn not figure out what happened, until around 8pm (after sleeping ALL DAY) I checked my medicine and realized I had taken one of Sierra's medications by mistake!!! I was literally unconscious all day. It was very scary and I didn't know what was happening to me!!! I was glad to figure it out. She says they don't do that to her. It's all just scary what pills can do, especially when they are not meant for you.
Anyway, back here at work and now I'll catch up....I'm just glad to be awake and functioning! Hope you all had great Holidays and I'll be back later :h

Hi Pauly- I always feel a but lower the day after too but at least to not Hangover low!
Made it trough just fine for the most part. Mathieu called...we had such a good conversation. I didn't want to hang up but he was limited ...we could hear a glimmer of self awareness there. He talked about his horse...how stubborn he was and the horse was reflecting him. I was impressed. He stayed upbeat mostly but by the end he was starting to cry. The girls had to tell him about the kitties which I thought was appropriate. We can't just lie to him about that. He got all my gifts and I found myself obsessing about getting him the cowboy hat and boots and apparently belt buckles are very big there...
Anyway, the rest was fun with these kittens. I'll post a pic soon. Poor Luna is having a hard time but hopefully that will pass.
Maybe this year we can all organize a kind of holiday get together somewhere. I would love that. No idea how we'd manage it but, goodness knows we have some of the best brains in the business here!
Hope you all had wonderful, peaceful times yesterday and many more to come.
