the big shopsie supermarkets have to close at 6 pm on sunday in england, it's law honestly, see below:
Rules for large shops in England and Wales
Shops over 280 square metres:
can open on Sundays but only for 6 consecutive hours between 10am and 6pm
must close on Easter Sunday
must close on Christmas DayI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Are you like REALLY stressed or just the normal 'shite I've to clean the house' sort of stressed? I'm no good for house guests --- and imo even adult children returning for any length is pretty much a house guest - particularly if they bring a partner -- will you get help from MrS re. the social aspect --- you know, the chatting to the GF and all that? That's the part I find hardest --- just leave me in the kitchen doing me Nigella and I'm grand
Doesn't help having fecking 10 of them waltzing in for Christmas dinner ...... while I'm trying to deal with the 'house guests'
DD, mother & sis don't help - with "what about this and what about that - what's for starter - better get this - better get that" - JAZUS !

Give them all roles and jobs - and that includes the Shaggers. As a house guest myself I usually feel like a spare prick --- love when someone says 'can you just do .......?' I'm not saying to get them all scrubbin and miserable doing things they hate --- but there will be parts of it - for instance the christmas dinner - that'll seem overwhelming -- get everyone to either bring one of the courses or prepared vegetables or the pudding or whatever --- have the GF set the table sort of thing ---- honestly --- otherwise you end up martyred, frazzled and an inch from 'fuck it' --- I've BEEN there -- that's where I was 2 years ago --- Wonderfuckingwoman ---- well --- that I ain't --- and neither are you --- so now --- a list of jobs and 'the rules' ---- otherwise it's a friggin nightmare --- really truly:l
Will do ALL of the above - and you made me laugh out loud:H
