Morning Dreamy.

Happy Hump Day indeed.

I'm taking my team to lunch today (as opposed to the divisional end of year lunch with 250 people in attendance last week) . The restaurant is on the beachfront at Blouberg, so it should be lekker. It's a beaut of a day in CT.

It also means we get out of the city early, before the crowds descend for the memorial / concert this afternoon.

Back to the volunteer place today as a volunteer so not getting paid but it's really quiet so I'm going to write me Chrimbo cards.

Satz I have just read back last nights news What a shock and how sad.

I watched a programme on More 4 last night called Good Ol Freda. She was my childhood /teenage friend and lived a few doors away. She was the Beatles fan club secretary and carried on to work for the group until they broke up.
I caught myself on film a few times aged 16!

I saw myself on you tube a few month's ago.A tv show came into the factory I worked in year's ago.They had us all singing & dancing on tables.I would have been about 16/17 at the time.I was so embarrassed seeing myself perm & all :blush:

:hallo: Army. Lunch was very lekker. We had ZAR1300 left over, with which we'll buy goodies for seniors in need (an initiative coordinated by the company I work for), and the rest will go to an organization that provides essentials for rape victims that are housed at shelters. I suspect I mentioned the idea yesterday already, so I might be repeating myself.

Mrs. T off to book club tonight. Will get the cubs a pizza or summat. No way am I going to prepare dinner.

How's the new fur baby settling in, Foxy? Do you let her out yet, or does she have to stay indoors until she's familiar with the environment?

I can maybe force myself to have a few squares of choccie, but not an entire meal. Although I could easily make a meal out of chocolate if you twisted my rubber arm. As my jelly belly will attest.
