    As I'm someone who lives with depression and manages it very well with medication..........this wee video was sent to me by a friend.

    To me it sums up depression exactly.

    What Is Depression? Let This Animation With A Dog Shed Light On It.

    Oh and the dog isn't my lovely dog, Bess.

                    That was cute to watch actually,i like the metaphor,its weird though cuz i wake up super early but my thoughts are usually positive,dunno if im depressed or not sometimes maybe
