        Gee... It would have been nice if they'd asked my permission ... that was me staggering out of the bar at the end of the clip... Not really ... but still me, in a different country, out of many different bars... on my good nights, when I was still able to stagger... Thanks, Nora....

          Why is it that Europe and Australia have so much more balls when it comes to advertising? You'd never see an ad like that in North America.

              we are pretty good at depressing anti-AL ads in New Zealand too - but I really don't know if its making any difference.
              Guess I am being depressing now.

              Still its a good ad.

                    Love that ad. Especially how good everyone looks and acts and everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is so quaint and then the sudden turn,Thanks for posting Nora. I have never seen an anti alcohol ad in the US. The furthest I think I have seen is the fine print at the end that says "please drink responsibly". I guess there is too much tax money to lost . There are some infrequent anti smoking ads, such as the ones with people smoking through their throats and a lady with fingers and toes cut off due to circulation problems. But no anti drinking ads.

                    Too bad because I think the ad agencies here could come up with some good ones.

                      Very low key but designed as part of the publicity for our new laws that tighten restrictions on supplying AL at home to under 18 year-olds.

                          Loved this.
                          I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                          Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
