Woo hoo thanks for pointing that out Molly, and I started back from scratch again I think.

Yes I train 4 days a week, plus try and fit a jujitsu lesson in.

I'm, errr, a bit of a bodybuilder so it's a lorra shifting weights around til I'm grunting and gurning.

Oh I love the 'ol weights Blondie -not even in the vicinity of your league - but still like it.
Prefer it to running around as sweaty & panting.
Have been very lax past 3 weeks - have to get back to it asap.

Where's this towel thingy come from?I know my mum used to wash bath towels after every use. Me I have one at least 4 times, as you say you is clean when you get out the shower.
