Army thread Sunday 21 December
:hallo: Army
I had no option but to go and do the weekly shop this afternoon. Didn't realise the cupboards were that bare. All stocked up now, though. Loving all the summer fruit that is now available. Strawberries, pineapple, apricots, nectarines, peaches, grapes, bananas, sweet melon, mangos.
Having a braai tonight, so I'd better get started with prep. Speaking of braais: we're having our usual New Year's Eve party. I saw whole sirloins for sale at a good price. Might pull a party trick and braai one of those. I had my eye on a 5kg slab with good marbling. Should be plenty: we'll be about 14 people, excluding kids.I'll do whatever it takes

Not bad, not bad at all.
Mr JC got the last of the shopping done, then went into work. I watched an ancient auld episode of Columbus, surprisingly it had Johnny Cash in it.
Got all the pressies organised into whose is what for whom............or is it whom is what for who
And me house is all tidy.It could be worse, I could be filing.
