    Supps and Amino Acids

    Hi, I was wondering about the supps that people take. I know the original MywayOut formula has changed slightly, and sometimes it is about personal needs.

    I was wondering what the general recommendations are?

    1000 mg Glutamine (glutamine seems to be the king)
    750 mg GABA
    3400 mg Amino Complete
    750 mg B50
    900-3000 mg Kudzu (frankly Kudzu has never done much for me)
    5 tablets Calmes Forte???

    Obviously a full supply of Vitamins and Minerals are essential.

    What about Fish Oil?
    Anyone try Sam-E ?

    I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

    Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!
