    Army Thread Thursday 26th December

    Gooooooood morning, Army

I managed to sleep until just after 7 am :woot:

Had a quick read back on yesterday's thread. Seems like most had a lekker day :goodjob:

Molls: you can send some leftovers this way. The cubs must've dived into the leftovers at some point last night. There's just some sad- looking salad left over. For the rest they left us the empty containers in the kit hen sink.

Nothing at all planned for today. Mrs. T has to take her mum and two friends through to Cape Town - they're going to visit a friend of hers for a few days. It's become a bit of an institution for them to go there between Christmas and new year.

Have a lekker Boxing Day / family day, folksies.

Goood morning MrT and all to come :hallo:

Been awake half the night, Santa brought me the bloody cold!! Feeling like shite

Ended-up working a long day yesterday as one of the girls was sick and couldn't come in for the late shift, so didn't get home til after 10. Boys and Aunt had to go on ahead with dinner without me- they forgot to cook the brussels and cocktail sausages- imagine?! No worries tho as I got today all off so will do the whole dinner again with the brussels this time! Hehe...am a bad sod me!

Really do feel like crap so gonna re-fill the hottie and try lay down again awhile. If don't get a chance to get back on have a lovely St. Stephen's/Boxing Day folks xx

Morning all, take care of that cold Sweetie, I still feel rotten after nearly 2 weeks so hope it isn't the same bug/virus. Very quiet and laid back day here yesterday, a bit too laid back for my liking if I'm honest. Didn't feel special in any way at all, no big dinner etc as himself didn't want one and the kids were elsewhere,

Very frosty and cold here, have a great Boxing Day one and all

Lots of cheese for some reason.

I have to say I think 'charades' has to be the best fun you can have with your clothes on:H
Mr S is so bad at it -- it takes so long to get a simple mime- we cried with laughter at his antics.

The bad ones are deffo the best when it comes to charades.

There's a card game called "bullshit" where you're supposed to lie. Some people just can't seem to do it.

We've two boxes of prawns in the freezer. Think I should ask Mrs. T if she feels up to de-veining them. Some garlic and lemon butter, pop them under the grill and voila.

Do you at least have crackers to go with the cheese?
