Just text my cleaner not to come this am. More time here propped up in the bed :H
I know - yes- a cleaner - Molls gives me a hard time on it but I work full-time and pay for it myself - so f*ck it.
She does 2.5 hours a week and it's great for keeping the house looking reasonably tidy - and we just keep it up as much as possible the rest of the week.

I need to turn around and head back to the supermarket to buy more food, I see :H

All sorted for tonight - just the prep this afternoon. Really looking forward to it. We've had this get-together for 5 years running, if I'm not mistaken. Just our really good friends. Out of all of them, there is only heavy drinker, who just gets quiet and then falls asleep on the couch in the TV room at around 11.

You can keep the coffee mugs. I just want to keep my hosepipe, if you don't mind

But the coffee mugs are so much more beautiful than your old hosepipe? I saw a lovely bright pink advertised some time ago - just can't remember where - would love love love to have one.
