Good Lord, thought I was the only one watching Sun Ra vids...he is from around here...Reggie, I went through a time where I did not play for several years...my creative part came out in my welding job...what a pain and I drowned it in beer...was very difficult...up late as the kids had to play(music) at a basketball game..

Reggie I could not agree with you more on the creativity thing. Mr Cakes once told me, ever so nicely, that I was a much calmer person when I've got some sewing on the go. So that is what I'm focusing on this year.
So I did another yoga class this morning & it.was.amaaazing. Or should I say the teacher was amazing. His name is Aram (Persian for 'calm' or 'serene') and he was.
