ran/walked 4.8km this morning at 01:15:00 took me 40 min, which gives me lots of room for improvement.
That's strange I did exactly 4.8 on thurs, took me 51 but then I only have short legs (along with a short body) and it was my lunchtime so no running and sweating. Not a problem when the temperature is in single digits for weeks on end. I believe it's a little warmer where you guys are :new:
