Tawny, SK is right. I think I posted after I had mine and said it was cool. Even the drink stuff was ok...I mean, I wouldn't have it every week but it was doable...I just held my nose while I drank it out of a straw...

One thing I did find funny was that in my "notes" there was a little addendum stating that whilst they were there to do your colonoscopy they wouldn't attend to your piles...I mean...I wouldn't ask them to do it anyway...Jaysus...

Thinking of you all. Ok here it is. Arm is healing nicely about 90% mobility back. I'm going for what I hope is last eye surgery on Tuesday Feb 4th. Home the same day. Looking forward to hiking, biking, and other recklessness once again. Gotta go feed Tawny cats. See ya!

P.S. I have the bullet. Love it. Used it this morn.

Well it seems to me, from reading all your comments, that I should have asked "who hasn't had a colonoscopy yet?" Some valuable info there folks. Thanks. I think I will be setting up a plethora of Comfort Stations ... just in case.

I myself have not had the pleasure. Feeling a bit left out now.

And after my last hurrah chocolate binge last night I am truly feeling like a couple of litres of that stuff might be the go. Headache, congested to hell, no energy. Sounds like another familiar scenario.

Yes good luck to all the girls that need a leg up this morning. And blokers.

I am off to shove leafy greens into that contraption and get on the road with it.

All this colo talk reminded me of the clinic on the Sunshine coast that was in trouble a few years ago because they found out they were using the same tubes for the top end and the bottom end.

modem has been down, no internet due to a mobile phone issue also.
ran a pb again on the way home yesty...4km in 29.5min. getting close to the pace i think i need for race day.
swam some laps this morn with the fellas from work, 52 X25m total. getting better all around.

loving the excessive, my wife is getting over it, i talk about it non stop

I was looking at used RV 's for sale in Anchorage this morning
for our potential 2015 trip.
Just take a look at these prices Undies!

We could buy one, then just take it to a dealer after and ask half what we pay for it and still be ahead on what we'd pay for a rental for 4-5 weeks.
Some of them are effing huge... 35 foot long!.
Only snag is we'll have to get our friends to buy it in their name.
