Just thought I'd say a big thank you to everyone. I wanted to do 30 day abs and I made it thanks two things...really wanting to feel better and you guys.
I'm now free to have one or two..according to my 'rules', but I'm going to play it by ear. If it comes up and I want a glass of wine, maybe I'll have one.
But for now, I'm not going to stop off for a bottle.
