    2.2 pounds shedded in 10 days

    Dear all,

    One more advantage of quitting. I lost 2.2 pounds in just 10 days. Have been maintaining a basic fitness regime of walking and jogging, staying off sugar and eating a little bit healthier. Will keep posting on the weight movements if it is noticible.

    But overall energy level are very high and I would recommend everyone who is quitting to take up activivities to burn sweat generally.

    Yes, i lost 6 pounds this week!! I know its from the zero wine = 800 less calories a day!! Yeah!!! Keep it up Vy.
