Morning all.

Windy dark morning here.

Time to fess up.I fell off the wagon over the xmas.I got to the fuck it stage.Time to get back onto that wagon again.

Morning Celtic and all to come. Yep dark cold and windy here too. I fell off the wagon too over xmas but been sober since Dec 27th. Back on the antibuse and taking it a day at a time. Planing to get back into AA meetings tho i'm not really in to it but good for support and to get out and meet others in the same situation and stages of recovery. I wish you well. Now for more coffee. Still tired but can't get back asleep.:cupajoe:

Sad to hear that, but you know the only answer is to get back on the wagon as soon as you can. Chick, nosey question, but anything in particular that led to the WTF? Or just life in general? :l:l:l

Morning Dreamy. Celtic my dr prescriped it for me last year but I stopped for a while as it was making drowsy no matter what time I took it at. I take it a night but it doesn't make much difference to my sleep I still tend to wake up in the middle of the night and find it hard to get back asleep but that shud improve with time and more sobriety I hope lol. I'm sick of being sick so I need to get my act together for once and for all. I'm feeling better sober apart from fatigue at times. Where in Ireland are you Celtic? i'm south co. Dublin.

Happy Tuesday to those on the Wagon, off the Wagon and somewhere in between :goodjob:
Chickadee & Foxy don't beat yourselves up :l- just jump back up here and try figure out what caused the WTF moments and see if there is a way next time to not let it happen .
Christmas is very difficult - and dare I say it - 'specially in Ireland. :egad:

Good morning from a snotty Whizzy.

Really sorry to hear about the falling of the wagon but delighted that you two are honest and back in the saddle.

As for AA I am sure I would benefit from the meetings but I do not think I am brave enough.

I suppose I am lucky enough to have an inbuilt grateful gene and think this morning even if I have a cold and a sore throat at least I do not have a hangover and I have this forum to come to every day:thanks:
