Morning army its a nice bright but frosty one here. I had a very good nights sleep for a change. Slept till after midnight until nearly 9am and wud have slept longer only Lily my cat kept miaowing in my face to get up and give here breakfast lol but well good after it anyway. Off out soon to buy bills food shop and a few errands around town. ario good luck today with the op thinking of you. Molly also good luck wit the union meeting I hope you get the awnser and action needed. I more coffee then in shower and dress. Laters and have a terrific Thursday.:cupajoe:

Got result of my MRI today! 2 prolapsed discs with nerve compression.

I am now pain free so not sure what to do! GP thinks I am being brave
