Still a bit swollen and sore here, tis to be expected I suppose...4.2 litres of visceral fat were taking from my lovely body,don't know what that is in kg ???? Anyone.

Morning Mario and all to come. Still dark and cold just put me head out the back door to let the cats out. Jeepers that's a lot of fat but too early for maths here yet just awake with 2nd coffee already. I expect you will be sore for a while but you sound in good form. I guess you have a checkup at some stage and you will need to take it easy for a while. Wish I could get my tummy fat done and my bingo wings:H. Anyway have a good Saturday.

Glad to hear you're OK, Mario. Hope you feel tip-top again soon.
Beautiful day here. Haven't checked the weather forecast to see what the temp will be, but I guess high 20s.

4,2 L- bliksem! 1 L of water = 1 kg, but you'd need the relative density of fat to work out kg in you case, Mario. did you not weigh before and after? Impressive, any way you look at it. The bruising will soon be gone.
Waiting for first coffee here, Fox. Brain should kick in (or not) after caffeine fix. Do you have any nice plans for today?
Sorry, but have to report the usual lovely weather - blue skies, sun, very light breeze -after a couple of grey days. Big dam near town is at 120% capacity - want to get pics of overflow later.

Morning dreamy and tipps. It will be another cold wintery day here but not checked forecast yet. I'm going to try make an AA meeting at 1pm today and need to some house cleaning. Not too much planned after that. Oh sweep up some leaves out front and may be tidy the garden a bit. Got some dvds to watch later from the library. You got any plans yourself?Comment

Fox, a bit of gardening - lots of weeding to be done, getting seeds in - also want to see what the dam's overflow looks like. Oh and laundry. Mega-exciting day, yay me:upset:
Oh, and I want to make a big pot of bolognaise, but I need red wine for that. Postponed making it yesterday for that reason - I certainly would have caved in yesterday, will have to see about today later. FCK!14 October 2013 was the first day of the best days of my life!Comment
