I would be afraid to cook with wine or Alcohol at this stage as I might be tempted to drink the rest lol. I used to make bolognaise without red wine well I never added it just tomatoes onions and sometimes mushrooms or peppers with the ground/minced beef. I have gone vegetarian since new year so will be using quorn instead of minced beef for chilli con carne and bolognaise dishes etc. Meat and fish are out for me for various reasons. So still looking for veggie rtecipes as its a bit new to me but good so far.
