Morning Satz. I hope they don't suffer, but I couldn't live without fish. The most delicious and nutritious food IMO. I'm not a red meat lover but I like chicken, turkey, fish, fish, and fish. Did I mention I like fish?

Talking of meat.
I have two lumps of beef in freezer - want to cook tomorrow.
It often roasts very dry.

Any and all tips to make it tasty & juicy welcome !!

Pork is lovely -I think pigs get to run around ( well stroll really ) don't they & roll in the muck ?
