Good morning Dreamy and PeaPod

Traffic back to usual volumes today :upset: Mrs. T and I will be back to our "normal" routine of getting up at 5 from tomorrow. The cubs also go back to school this week, so then it's truly nose to the grindstone for all of us.

Morning Tipps and Molly. Ahh Monday is just another day and the start to the week. Any day can be good or bad put I guess when you're out to work it can feel different for me its just another day. Going to AA at 1pm as I missed yesterday due to being tired and bad weather. Need to get a few meetings in during the week specially in early sobriety. More coffee and then I best get something done about the house before shower and getting myself ready. Still a bit dark outside. Happy Monday.:cupajoe:out:

Morning Anon! Sounds as if you had lovely weekend away!

Molly, keep forgetting to ask you about this Aftercare thing - it's a continuation from rehab, right? But would/could you continue to go to the meetings once you've served your sentence? It sounds as if you get a lot out of it, but how does it differ from AA? About Jilly - you said that she was working on putting on weight, didn't you? Remember also she's is bit younger than you :H; if I had to go back to my early 20s weight I'd probably look like a wet kitten. Don't worry too much now - have a look-see first and take it from there.

Had roast pork yesterday - now not saying it was off or anything but felt pukey this morning.
BUT : Managed to at last get to the gym this morning :yay: and now working from home.

Good woman Molls !! Why feel bad if you can at least find one good thing & focus on that? Have you found it yet?
I can totally get the kids in house bit ... working all week you need time & space - 'specially on Sunday eve when you have work on Monday !! You best set feeding time for your lot Molls for calling - especially if you are cooking for them. Must be draining to have the kitchen on the go all day !!! Couldn't be doing with that - would totally stress me.
