    Army thread Monday 13 January

    hello there our Whizzy,

The St. John's could be worth a try but like prescription ADs it'll take at least 2 weeks to start having any effect.

    St John's wort
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Evening army and good night dreamy sleep well. Ahh Satz sorry to hear ur so down i'm feeling a bleh some days and a bit bored but too but not very low. Yeah January can a bit of a depressing month and lots of people seem to get down. May be ask your doctor for some ant-d's for a few months as I think St John's wort is no longer available otc in the the republic any more but I could be wrong. [I] wish I had holiday or a weekend break away to look forward. May be round March I might try and get a few days away in the country some where if I get some spare cash saved just so broke right now. Anyways hope you feel a bit chipper soon.:l

              Yo there Molls.

There's always good old Holland & Barrett. The staff at ours in town are really good.

I get my Black Cohosh (brilliant for ladies of a certain age that don't want to take HRT) from them. Mind you they were nearly put on prescription over here.

This feckin' country - seriously. The doctors and Chemists are the same cartel - have the whole thing sewn up. Pay a doctor ?60 to write a prescription - I think not :gramps:
Jesus it's a herb - I have access to google - I can do the research and decide for myself - thanks
Well I know how to outwit the feckers. I can order from Boots / or Holland & Barrett and get delivered to Parcel Motel in Northern Ireland - so there!!!
