Mmmmmm... Interesting read back.

To summarise, imvho: at some point we realise it's not just all about us, and then things start falling into place. And strangely enough, it can only happen after we've put ourselves first. Go figure :H

Where the feck has the day gone? Hafta get-up proper now and get readied for meet-up with me pal.

Pretty sure it's the lappie MrT- can't adjust the screen at all or it goes all wonky. Listen to the Dreamy wan btw- near identical aint the same as identical!!

My feelings toward the subject of moderation maybe aren't so strong. I was there in those shoes once and don't think would've listened to anyone else about its merits or not at the time. Had to work it out and discover for meself that it just didn't work for me. Just hope those attempting it, find their way out, in their own way if ye know what I mean?

Glad to hear the anxiety ain't as bad now Jacks:l Despicable me just come on the telly btw - yer fav wee people!

Molls- yer very good making and freezing dinners afore ye go, ontop of getting yerself ready. How long will you be away for?

Crikey, Sweety when I went for modding (before I joined here) it was straight in one ear and out the other if anybody started making negative noises. (well I mean Mr JC if I'm honest).

The boards have evolved since they were set up back in 2006ish.

Yep was very good. Called Mind Calm Meditation .
How to free yourself from thinking too much to be more serene.
My ex-friend from work - she is lovely and did an intro talk.
Think I'm gonna love it !
Not sure it will work out with my sis being there - she is really not as passionate as I am about this stuff -and I found myself holding back my enthusiasm with her there and she doesn't open up at all .... she actually yawned when she was talking FFS
So maybe separate courses.
