Good morning Dreamy

Too early for the sparrows here! Paying the price for my duvet day yesterday- been tossing n turning all night- hearing every wee creak in the house and freaking meself out thinking it's haunted- lost count of how many Hail Marys and Our Fathers I've said so decided to get up, have some milk and refill the hottie. Guessing the ghost wont touch me when am on the lappie!!

Think cause its the dead of night all the noises and creaks seem louder!! No ghostly apparitions yet, thank feck. Have just finished me milk and gonna refill the hottie.

No exciting plans for me, bar some housework and a grocery shop, oh and ironing more uniforms Would so love to get out into the garden but it's way too wet at the mo. It's more like a swamp tbh!!

Must set my alarm as cant afford to sleep the day away, will head back up now and try get a few hours, see you again in the real morning for some coffee xx

Morning Dreamy and Sweetie. Awake at silly hour here too. Went to bed early but woke up bout 4.45am. Hope to get a few more hours kip here too if i'm sleepy enough. Made coffee may be not such a good idea if I want to get a few zzzz but its a habit and I will eventually sleep a bit more if I need. I though taking the antibuse at night wud help but not so most nites. Not much planned today either same as you Sweetie some housework and some ironing tho I might get an afternoon AA meeting in and that will make 3 this week. Cold and dark here but no rain so far. PeaPod. Guilty as charged: the sleep fairy was with me again. I'll send her over ASAP.

I need to do the weekly shop and exchange the near-identical shirt . Just need to get off my arse and go and get ready, so that it's over and done with. Need to water a few areas in the garden first, though.

Morning Fox and Tips

:upset: about the near-identical shirt Tips :upset: Better hit the shops before the whole town descend on them.

Fox, coffee late in the afternoon keeps me awake at night; when I have it very early in the morning in winter I can easily go back to sleep; doesn't often work that way in summer, though - I think it's the light.

Morning Tipps. Love the red coffee service dreamy. I try not to have coffee after 5pm tho I indulge some times which affect my sleep. Love my morning coffee. I think I need to start cutting on amounts tho and have more herbel teas. also suger as in chocolate and sweet biscuits i'm still a bit bloated and over weight. Need to get more exercise but the bad weather puts me off but no excuse have to tackle my muffin top and other flabby areas. Ahh its a hard life:Hinkele:

Fox, I don't even have the excuse of bad weather for not getting any exercise :blush: :blush: :blush:

Discovered a piece of pork in the freezer that must have been left behind by my brother and SiL, so that's going on the braai today. Can't decide between cheese, tomato and onion toasties or potato salad to go with it. No healthy salad on a Sunday :H
