Feel better Mario. It takes a wee while to get over it... I had the same amount as you removed. You're much bigger than me so hopefully your body will start to feel better about now. The pain pills are crucial unfortunately... dratted things. They fired up my addiction! A necessary evil. X

Morning Mario rest all u need I guess takes a few weeks to recover. Wud love some lipo on my tummy and upper arms but can't afford such procedures must cost a few grand here to have done. I'm lazy when it comes to exercise I just don't like it apart from walking when the weather isn't too bad. Might force meself back to aqua fit some time this week. Sleep well Mario and Zen I might get a bit more myself too early and cold to get up just yet. Be back later.

Sleep tight Foxy Loxy. Take some solace in the fact that lipo alone won't do it! Still have to get off one's arse and exercise! The aqua fit sounds like a lot of fun to be honest...

Mario... just take it easy. Give yourself a few weeks. ;o) Been there, done it and got the bleedin t-shirt. My surgeon says you can't weigh yourself or look in the mirror for 6 months!!! Gah!!!

It is brass monkeys over here... instead of spending all my pennies on air conditioning I am now heating the gaff. Money has been a bit scarce here recently so it's getting on my last nerve having to run the heat.
