I re-thought the crab cake competition. I am fairly certain I would win but it's his job and Noel is not the type of Derry Boy you cross. So I think I will leave it be... might be for the best...

Not going to eat the haggis today. Tomorrow maybe. How long do I boil it for? It's 454g, which I think is a pound.

Tricky situation with the crab cake competition. Prolly a wise move.

Yeah, I took over his kitchen on Friday... best I don't do that. Only question I have now is, shall I put Carrs Table Waters in the crab cakes!
