Morning army I slept late today till 9.30 but I was watching tv till 2am. Have a safe trip Molly and a lovely time while there. Congrats in 100 days Dreamy that's great progress. Just having my 2nd coffee before I get up and shower and head for 1pm meeting. Was feeling a bit out of sorts lately a bit down and also last few days drinking thoughts wrecking my head. TG I took my antibuse but I don't want to drink but its the beast talking anyway it won't succeed I will :H. with the bad weather I've been in a bit more and the antibuse causing drowsiness for mr so i'm going to take it every 2nd day so it wi8ll still be effective and may be won't feel so tired and be a bit more productive. Anyway enough of that happy hump day.out::cupajoe:

Dreamy I take it at night before bed or between 10 and 11 as i'm usually in bed midnight latest. Doesn't make any difference to night time sleep I can still wake up bout 5 am and feel tired by 7 8 and need more sleep so may be every 2nd night will be better as I don't even take a high dose 200mg is the norm bt I have heard of people needing higher. I'll stick with to get a good no of days together i'm almost at 30 days but I've been there a few times before so 90 100 days will be a great achievement for me. Well best ready to head out i'm stopping off at the library after to pick a dv d I ordered. Catch yis later.

Good Morning Army!

Just thought I would pop in and say hello from frigid Wisconsin, in the Midwestern USA, where the wind chill is 15 below 0 F. Brrrr...Warm knickers are on. Anything is better than the white undies my mum made me wear in Catholic school years ago. Geez, those suckers came right up to my cleavage. NEVER AGAIN!:H

I loved that interactive site you posted where you could see all the planes in flight. It looked like a winter wonderland.
