Good Morning, Army!

A cheery hello from Wisconsin (Midwest USA), where the temperature is 3 degrees below Zero F, and a wind chill of -25. It's a bit nipply here.

Jackie-sausage casserole....YUM! I'm a carnivore. I love meat. Sounds delicious! I don't suppose you will post the recipe in the Recipe Corner (insert begging face here).

There's a shepherd's pie as well.

The sausage casserole is one of those kind of dishes that can never been repeated. I've just chucked stuff in including some black treacle (molasses), chilli flakes, tin of baked beans............and it is to die for..................if I say so myself.

JC- Too bad your casserole recipe can't be repeated. Shepherd's pie, too. Ohhhhh......one of my faves. And I joined Weight Watchers, whyyyy???:H Screw it...will now surf for casserole recipes on the internet.

x-post Molly! Sounds like you're having a fun day!! Some day, I WILL go to Ireland. I must see where my ancestors lived...in Waterford. I never got to meet any of them but I do have lots of Waterford crystal wine glasses and aperitif glasses...gathering dust.

Off to Wally World. Boo hoo boring Sunday. Ah, but it's better than being trashed at 10:00 a.m.
