    Missy - So sorry you didn't get to cuddle the grand niece but I bet she was cute as. So happy you throbbed Melbourne. It's a good place.

    Been a bit tenterhookish here today watching the fires online ... there's a pretty big one in Gisborne - that's where my little sister lives and she's not answering her phone. Hmmm.

    Don't think I've got much of an attention span re TV tonight but I'm trying the INXS story ... at least until the chooks go to bed.

                Popping in to wish Tawny safeness...also watching INXS entr?e was Crocodile Dundee so I feel like I've stepped back into my youth...saw them at the Sylvania pub...eons ago...some of the girls in this movie have my hair when I got married dressed as a meringue...pissing myself now...

                  I made it to work, don't panic guys
                  ran the 4k in 30min 11 sec. nice constant avg heart rate of 147.
                  had to lol, I was half way to work and my HR was a fixed 137, i thought to me-self wow doing good... then i realized i was looking at the avg HR not my live HR. the 3 min of walking warm up fudged the numbers there.

                    Haven't seen any news here so no idea what happening with fires in OZ.
                    Hope all is well
                    Missy, I rekon you shoild've nursed her and spread your germs so she'd get her resisitance a kick start, but you probly did the sensible thing.
                    It's snowing gently here,beautiful soft dry fluffy snow.
                    Slept lile the dead after a 13 hour flight, change of plane to a turbo prop and another short flight, then an hour bus ride to the resort and woke up 1030 local time. Watching the mens long jump as I munch brekky... bloody brilliant jump the Pole did. Good on him.
                    I hope we get to see Tora win a medal.

                    Aspy, you rock, man!

                    OK the slopes are out there waiting for Raggsy andhe teddies.

                          Hang in there Tawny!

                          Off to a meeting and trying to keep one of the cats out of the box I'm taking with me is a job in itself. Back later to bitch and whinge.

                          Didn't sleep that well last night either Bridge, combo of too much coffee to stay up and watch TV that I'm not sure deserved my time and the puppy who defo deserves my time but is worse than a baby.

                              back again undies and out for the count.
                              my first run and i got taken out by a bloody snowboarder.
                              have a cut eyelid, dont know what damage to my left shoulder as i cant move it but it didnt dislocate or break.
                              am going to medical centre when mr rags finds it.
                              will have a corker of a bruise on my thigh.
                              it must have looked bloody spectacular.
                              the boarder was in the wrong as he was behind me, but he was in mid air and had nowhere to go.and he was an aussie.
                              i came of a lot worse than him.

                              mr rags wasnt with me as he was practicing on a different slope.


                              bugger

                              this isnt supposed to happen till the last day
                              sorry for bad typing.

                                Oh Rags you poor thing. I didn't think my was fractured but it was. I had no displacement but the head of the humerus was fractured. I was x-rayed two days later. Christmas Eve in fact. Keep us posted. I' m sending some power beams of white light and strong intention that you'll be well :l
