    My hand slipped with the mascara brush

    MY HUSBAND took me to the dinning room . Had THE most beautiful gorgonzola and leek pie.
    The pastry was the most wonderful, tasty flaky short, short , short pastry I've ever tasted.
    It was superb.
    Made with lard, not butter.(Shades of two fat ladies)

    He is Mr Rags again.

          Seems so funny to see posts from Rags at 4:12 am:H

          I am just about to load the golden retriever into the blood blister and take her to her first doggy day spa.
          This fills me with trepidation as:
          1. She is 42 kilos of not-too-bright
          2. We are never more than about 1 metre away from one another.

          I have already had two nervous phone chats with day spa girl who assures me that they know how to handle the rowdy ones.

          Can you imagine what I was like taking the boy to preschool? There used to be a centre called Little Wombats and I used to piss myself every morning.

          Oh Dog, I'm rambling. Get on with it.

              Beautiful start to the morning Tawny!

              Bridgey, I'm sure your baby will be fine. Just a hunch, but the spa gals have probably seen a dog or two before and know what they're doing. While you're off worrying yourself sick, your baby will be laying back, sipping chai and having a delightful mani pedi.
              There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes
              You can dig the ventilation... or you can sing the blues

                Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!!!

                My son did a drive by this morning (5.30am) and gave me $50 to buy flowers. "I was going to get them for you mum but the servo had sold out already." Love my boy!!

                            Ditto Tawny! My pash rash is pretty bad today though - just yoking!! I wish......

                            Guess what I've been doing most of the morning? Drum roll pls Mr G..... Cleaning my office. My printer now no workie but hey, my IT boy will sort that!

                            I was just looking at the Spoonerism thread and really believe a LOT of the people I work with have drain bamage!!

                            Time for lunch. I'm having a toasted sandwich today - I'm exciteable!!!

                              I had gluten free bread for my brekky Nicey and thought of you....awesome bread too...bit crumbly though...

                              So, what's the new diet like? or is it just a lifestyle adjustment?

                                Not too hard to stick to Happs. Most gf bread is a bit gack but every now and then I still HAVE to have it. Mostly I miss all the spicey stuff and I have to watch the fruits I eat and how much. I used to eat tonnes of veg/salads but that's now not possible. I'm finding smaller portions and regularly eating really helps. I'm usually very mindful about what I eat so it isn't a diet really, just adjusting a little to suit both FODMAP and coeliac recommendations.
