    Trouble with innernet access here.
    Transfer from Big White to Silver Star today.

    This was our transport.


    All to ourselves.




    The driver was the same guy who had taken me down to Kelowna a couple of days before.

    So, as we had the bus to ourselves, we asked him to stop so we could get groceries and at a couple of other places so I coild take pics.
    The eddies thought it was fun...a whole humungous bus all to themselves.



    We thought it was pretty fun too.




    TECHIE,m this is for you.
    Check out these skis.
    All the wood is inlaid, and set off with mother of pearl.

    Wouldn't it be a bummer for some bastard snowboarder to run over them.

      Had a very lovely dinner tonight.... will post pics tomorrow my time. Making a huge swag of spag bol tomorrow while Mr Rags skis.

      Now, do you think I can think of even one spoonerism? My mind has gone a complete blank.


      Nicey, a little bit of a bummer about your diet. I like fruit.
      Can live quite easily without bread but.

            swam 400m in 11min 19sec this arvo after 5k ride home after a 13hr day.
            the squad coach(training little ones) asked me to change lanes from 1 to 4 on lap 9 so my time was not tooooo shabby. still hoping for some improvement.

                I don't know if this is a Spoonerism, suspect not but heard it on morning TV

                Kid: We're getting a hedgehog
                Grandma: A hedgehog? In this country? What do you mean?
                Kid: Yep. I heard Mum and Dad talking last night, and Mum said to Dad 'If you mow the lawn and clean the yard this weekend I'll give you a hedgehog'
                If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

                    EDIT: how did you and your girl go Bridgey, did you survive the separation and how did she enjoy her day of pampering?

                      Pensive and anxious all day for no good reason Glassy one.

                      Picked her up smelling like summer, shaved to a No. 2, calm and wearing a purple bow tie for St Valentine's Day. She has been a delight all day and stood like a lamb through all the various processes

                        .....and I must also report that on approaching the 'salon' today, I did observe 2 dogs enjoying a little spontaneous Valentine's Day romantic moment....
