        Lamp nearly rolled the bobcat several times today, hayfever is rampant and it looks like we have bodies buried under the house - joking, just another layer of concrete - that is all...

          Well, after having just written and recorded the backing tracks/guts of 4 metal style songs, and no lyrics as yet, i think after reading back my problem's solved! Funny, as i am putting poetry to this latest batch of tunes as it happens, speaking/blabbering rather than singing the words.

          Good luck Frog. Don't forget to take a usb stick for a copy of the pics.

          Morevellous day being creative in the morning, then out for a jog and swim down the beach with nary, i say hardly a soul around, then back to resume music making. More tomorrow. I see a little family of my own on the horizon, whatever that will look like. Noice.

              morning Aspy and all to come.

              Flying back to Wellington today to sort out my tenant. When I say "sort out" really mean "empower her to sort herself out". However, this will definitely involve reading the riot act about how sole parents with young children need to make sure that those children are not exposed to drugs. But it will be a very empowering reading of the riot act.

              Bonus will be cuddles with Betty and Wookie.

              Hope the Brissie crew has a nice time on Sunday!!

                MORE concrete Happs? What on earth were they thinking?

                I'm off to the Sunny Coast today for meeting with my supervisors, one of whom is the dreaded stats guy. We have a 90 minute meeting where I will nod wisely, insert hmmm's at appropriate intervals and leave without understanding a word he said.

                  Missy, this is your God-daughter, niece or something, isn't it? I really hope she can see the light here. I can imagine a number of scenarios and none of them are savoury.

                  Your stats guy sounds as interesting as my narcissist Glassy.

                  By the time you dig out all the concrete Happs, you mind be able to descend in a helix type fashion into the earth, triple the size of your house and get some sort of House and Garden cover.

                      OMG Happy - I am at Sydney airport and there is a bunch of staff with COTY logos on their uniforms:H. I just about choked!

                      Yes Bridge, this is one of the young women who lived with me as a teenager. She is truly lovely but has made some very bad decisions recently, although in her defence I would say that she has had to cope with more crap in her 25 years than most people have to cope with in their lifetimes. All is not lost however - we have been skyping every day since I got the complaint from the neighbours and this weekend is about moving forward. (The empowering bit ) Or else! ( the tough love bit)

                          I should clarify - these are my uni supervisors, not work. Lovely guys all, and going out of their way to be helpful, but stats dude is quite brilliant and assumes us lesser mortals are on the same wave length. I'm sure he thinks he's helping but he just makes my brain hurt. :huh:

                            Lamp is laid up and demanding a massage. Apparently the vibrations of the bobcat were not good vibrations...I am meanwhile B&I and cant attend to his needs...will have to pop something into his tea to relax his muscles...could get ugly...

                                Just picked up my new specs.
