      I think I'm getting across this bullet green shite challenge.

      Freeze all the fruit/?veg in takeaway containers already chopped up. This will thicken the mix and make throwing it together quick.
      Add a small container of Vaalia yoghurt to take the taste of the green shit out.
      If you add banana, you will get
      Use agave syrup, honey or pomegranate or other juice to sweeten.
      This is the extent of my epiphany thus far.

        a beetroot will sweeten it up and give an interesting color.
        apples and pears are extra nice with kale also.

        hi gang.
        I swam in an extra shallow and hot pool this morning, it was hard to get into a rhythm and i swam poorly. 750m in 20 min, i just couldn't get into the groove. Meh next time.

                      Just a quick check in. I'm no joy germ, so don't want to be toxic here.

                      Stomach shocking. Reflux more shocking. My back went south on Satdy morning. Can't sleep, can't poop, can't eat!!

                      Seems all the "good" foods I've been shoving down mt throat is the worst possible thing I can do for my system. All the greens, juices etc have been irritating the shite out of my gut. . Need to overhaul my diet - very restrictive. I'm a bit scared about what to eat, what not to eat at the moment. Just sticking to a small list os suitables I was given. See specialist again at 7am tomorrow. Should know more then.
