      And you know....as long as we are venting spleen here....I am well over The Biggest Loser. No wonder they're still frigging fat. Every time they get a sweat up some member of the training team stops them dead in their tracks for a teary 'back story'.

      Is it getting that way that you're nobody without a back story? Here I am at the pictures the other day and I see that even Mary bloody Poppins has a bloody back story.

          I really think that my stomach woes are in sync with my soul. When my soul feels sick my stomach shows the symptoms....... Just sayin. No need for further discussion......

                The stuff I'm juicing is quite zingy.... celery, orange, apple, grape, ginger is one, apple, cabbage, lime is another... etcetera.

                  Funny story
                  My parents (aged 80 and 78) have finally succumbed to the indignities of a P&O cruise after many, many years of travelling around the world independently. I should also mention that they are very technologically adept and their biggest concern was that one of their computers/laptops/tablets/smartphones wouldn't work while they were at sea.

                  So, I was convinced they'd hate it, but today is day two and I received their first email. Ever one to to tap into the zeitgeist, my father's first observation was that "the Pool deck is like Schoolies week plus Big Day Out on steroids" with "lots of boys wearing caps with peaks at the back and lovely girls wearing clothes SENIORS would frown at (his emphasis)". This is in no way creepy, btw, any comments made by my Dad are totally avuncular and made purely from an anthropological perspective a la David Attenborough.

                        OK - I know this should be a campaign free zone but this is so important to me that I simply can't let it go:

                        I'd rather be naked and ugly than wear anything that's caused pain to another being.

                          yay, another milestone this AM.
                          ran to work, non stop san walking break... very happy.twas my be time running from home to work.(from work to home seems quicker on a sample size of one trip )
                          I now know I can swim ride & run the whole course indervidualy without stopping i just need to work on recovery between events and put in a blinder on the day
