        Good morning all,
Great to see some old friends back, we all need each other.
I'm in Salt Lake City now on my way to NY, yup finally out of dismal Victorville.
Hope everyone has a great day.
        FT
AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

          Hi all,
Staying in again today...will walk on treadmill again I hope...felt good yesterday.
I am going to sell dads house. Renters agreed to move after the semester is over so mid May. I am going to put out feelers to the neighbors before listing with a realtor. That costs so much off the bottom line. It is just time and I have plenty of pictures to remember where I grew up.
Glad to see everyone checking in.

Hi Mama! How have you been? I know exactly how you feel in a way with Clay. My nephew was hoping to get signed to a college scholarship offer as well. But is now settling on taking a half one at a community college and maybe get a full one after two years. He is tall and very quick but hasn't bulked up enough yet. His dad was the same way at his age and than by 20 put on the mass to be able to play football at a higher level. My nephew was upset, but took in stride. That's really good news actually for him as a person. But yeah wow I understand feeling sad. He was and so was I.

Don't you know the poor things transmission went on her car yesterday, 3600 to replace and the car is only worth 3000. Were paying a fortune for this wedding and she's applying for a mortgage

I'm so sorry about Clay's disappointment Mama. I don't know how your system works, but was this his only chance or does he have other options?

Lizann - never rains but it pours, and that's especially true about money. Except it always seems to be pouring out, not in!

Oh Mama - I'm so sorry that Clay wasn't offered anything. My heart hurts with yours. :l

Liz - Gee whiz - one thing after another.

FD - Great to see you!

Tony - I didn't even know it was the Olympics. Thanks for keeping me up to date. :H

FT - Glad you are OUT of Victorville. I'm still sorry that I never made it to see you though.

Love & hugs to all - I was swamped at work and have been working around ever since I walked in the door at home. Looking forward to our weekend getaway. Everyone remind how much I miss my husband after he finally comes home and is driving me crazy. ROTFL :H

Mama! Yeah I can't imagine how you feel. But he is a hard working guy from what I know. I am very close with my nephew and we are best buds. But despite things not going the way he wanted I just talked to him and he is excited about life and doing what it takes. If Clay is anything like him. You did a awesome job as a mom. Heading to bed and ready for another busy day. Stay strong my friends.

I'm here after catching up with 4 pages of posts! You guys are a prolific group aren't you?! Anyway it is nice to see so many people enthusiastic about and caring for each other. Although I agree it is hard to remember what everyone is up to and the topics change so darn quickly!
I do want to wish Winer a warm welcome. And tell Nora C that I love the book Sharp Objects - actually couldn't put it down. Kradle, Bastet is an Egyptian goddess with the head of a cat and so the Egyptian avatar just seemed to be a good fit. Sunshine I had a period of time a couple of moths ago when I would get nosebleeds. I never knew what caused them and eventually they went away but it can happen at the worst times and is very embarrassing and messy. I hope they go away for you too - it's kind of scary. Mama I personally feel that if a woman doesn't have the ability or motivation to care for herself during the pregnancy or for a child for the next 20 years she should probably terminate when it is still very early. It seems to put a lot of pressure on you as a coworker and not her mother. I hope it all turns out well. Finallydone I agree that it is important to keep up with people here. I really have no one in the real world that I can discuss any of my drinking behavior with. They don't see my 25 days as any big deal and I know for me it is a huge deal. It is great to feel like someone out there in cyber space has my back as I hope you know I have yours.

Sharp Objects..will add to Nook today!
Nora - enjoy your weekend and we will remind you how wonderful it was next you want to kill Scott.
into shower and out the door....promise a skivvie update later!!
And yes...we are looking at other options for Clay. Today is Senior Skip Day. Remember that??
