YAY Glass!!! Me so happy! I love the name Bella.
Up early and getting back to my routine.
I am STILL getting PM's from people offering love and support. This place is amazing, it really is. Did I whine and tell ya'll that not person from my team at work came to the services or sent flowers or anything?? My birthday came and went too......I am being a baby, but my feelings were hurt.
anyhoo....three hour conference call to be followed by busy work. Bri and her ex, but now not ex had a romantic three day weekend and are all excited about the pregnancy. She went on and on about so much that I finally asked her to hush.
Nana and Tiger kitty are getting along well. I called her last night and she was crying. I have decided I will call and tell her I love her every day.
It's kewl to read about all the kitties and the different breeds.
Liz please know that moderating is usuauly considered a big, fat fail. Most people just can't do it. ANd I may very well fall flat on my face. I agree....get ALOT of sober time under your belt.
Dots...I had a beagle named Max that I adored.

Glass, I am so happy to hear about Bella's update! What a relief!
Mama, I think you should call Nana daily, at least for a while...you can split up the calls between Brett and the boys, too. I'm so glad you folks got her a kitty...no replacement for Pops, to be sure, but it's always nice to have companionship. My mom's cat adores her and is constantly on her lap, or by her side, gazing adoringly at her. My niece called the cat a "Grandma hog", LOL!
Do you have an attendance policy? You can threaten the little princess with that. You just know how all this is going to end up.
Hey, Lizann..
Zen, is Hamish a cat? Some mornings when I come downstairs, all the kitchen rugs are bunched up and in odd corners...Booty playing "wipeout", lol! Even at her age, she still has some kitten in her.
I am going to the cabin today, come hell or high water. Freezing rain on the agenda tomorrow, so I will probably leave the fennelmobile by the cow gate, else I'll NEVER get out of there. I have a hilly, half mile long driveway. I hope I'll hear my owls and coyotes tonight. :h

Hi Everyone!
Mama - How sweet that Nana has a kitty...I know that she will find a lot of comfort in it. It's amazing what animals can do for us. I know if it weren't for my dogs I'd be locked up somewhere. LOL And yes, I hope you tell Princess that this sick routine better not become a habit. I am just waiting for her and baby daddy to break up....again.
FT - WOW...what a great romantic story, and I am not a sucker for romance but that one got to me! Maybe I am becoming a softie in my old age.
Speaking of my new-found tenderness, you guys (well...girls) HAVE to read this book called Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. It brought a tear to my eye as well. What the heck is going on, I am getting all sentimental and crap. LOL
WHN is doing good. I quit smoking again so I am a bitch on wheels, but what's new.
Hiya Nora, Kradle, Tony, Glass, Dottie, Pauly, Fen, Bastet and everyone else I missed! Hope you all have a great day. I am suffering another "junk food hangover" today....arrrggghhhh....I was down 30 pounds but now I am scared to look. Sierra said I was even talking in my sleep last night, I guess I was delirious from the sugar!!
Back later...love you peeps! :h:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

HI all,
Glass so glad your kitty is doing well. My fur babies mean so much to me....all 6 of them..
Off to run some errands today. We won something at the adoption event so we need to go see what I bought raffle tickets for.....just a donation and didn't expect to win anything...
Sun is out and up to 45F so things are progressing....new doggie is getting friendlier...poor baby. I was reading his bio and he and 2 of his brothers were scheduled to be euthanized the day the shelter pulled them out....how sad....and it makes me mad.....
Back later.

Dottie, I understand your frustration with the doggies. My Cocker Spaniel Forrest is so skiddish I can't imagine what happened to him. I have a picture of him chained to a pipe at the Los Angeles Pound and it breaks my heart. Thankfully he looks nothing like that now. He is such a love bug towards me and Sierra, but he won't even come out of his cave if visitors come over. Poor thing. I hate the way some people treat animals!! :upset::heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:
