    30 days Sober!

    Yeehaw and high five to all of you. Guess wot? Bella has 30 days under her belt! I have never ever got to this stage where i am now. And its from asking for help and wanting help..100%.

    Im sober. Clear minded. Finding out who i am. Caring about myself and others.

        Bella - Congratulations on 30 days! :goodjob: What a wonderful way to live. I'm thinking so much more clearly at day 14 that I can't wait to see how my brain works at day 30. No cravings for AL but I'm still learning how to deal with the hollow pain in the pit of my gut otherwise known as raw emotion. I know it's better without AL and once I get through it, I will be truly amazing. Have a fabulous day 30! You're an inspiration.

                Thankyou for my star and hat!!!! U r all so kind!!! Marylou..i know wot u mean about raw emotion when not having alcohol to hide behind. Its wierd but refreshing to know that its all honest normal feelings and my brain is clear and practical enough to jst go with it..nothing is exagerated..cool. well done for 14 days!!! Xxxx

                    30 days. Yeah. The first 30 were the hardest for me. Congratulations. :wave:
                    No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.
