Yeah - used to want to hit them with their shagging 'gratitude' platitudes down in the quare place --- and I think it's the wrong 'word' --- it's a bit sanctimonious isn't it --- like I like to say I'm happy or content rather than grateful --- but then, they're not the same things --- I think basically I'm just so bloody grateful at this stage - it's a given

Howway look at the carry on with me staple collecting from last week............poor old Mr JC can't walk into the house without me having another go.

Oooh was talking to a young 'un last week just before she went into the SMART meeting. 4 months sober and while we were nattering she was stumbling around for a word.......and out it popped .............grateful...........off she went ....grateful for no hangovers, grateful to be able to go to the park with her little ones on Sunday mornings, grateful for staying awake all the way through a DVD.............nothing huge but I knew exactly what she meant.

my black dog is starting to moult and he moults like hes going to lose it all, hair everywhere, even where he hasnt been. hair halfway up the tiles in the bathroom, i ask you, wtf?

Got an black Lab meself........she's getting on a bit so there's a nice mixture of grey in there too..............but when she's casting there is so much hair...........it gets everywhere. You'd have thought she'd be bald by how much the dyson picks up.
