Had a lovely nana nap - so probably another sleepless night tonight - but it was sooooooooooooo good!

That's a crap situation Molls.

Back from airport. Mum has been installed in her room again. Sweltering here - it was 39C when we drove into town at 5.45. Off to take a dip in the pool. No dinner will be made. Will just pop some lamb sausage under the grill and make boerewors rolls.

Hope everyone else is having a good Sunday.

Back and all zen like !
Oh t'was really lovely & chilled. Lovely room - all smelly stuff . Only me 3 women & a man that looks proper hear attack material.
He actually had a 'episode' few weeks ago -5 days in hospital - said it was the best 5 days of his life. Peace & quiet.
He is apparently a businessman - & couldn't stop 'thinking' for even 2 seconds. He left before us and he has to come back another time.
But "not next week or the week after" yara yara yara .... either in or not ! FFS !
I didn't feel sorry for him - 'cos he was not prepared to LISTEN.

Sorry - got sidetracked there with Mr S coming in from pub ...
It was teaching how to stay present when negative thoughts creep in.
Kinda hard to explain Molls- but you'd have loved it !
