SUPER SOBER SUNDAY SHOUT OUTS 16TH FEBRUARY 2014

Over five years now and very proud of myself, looking back as I sometimes do, I wonder why I ever bothered drinking in the first place.

Ooh I just want to reach out and hug you all........especially the newbies to the thread. Don't be daunted when you see all those big numbers.........because we know how hard those early days are......

And good grief Satz, you kept that quiet..........or have you just found a calendar.

Be very, very proud of yourselves and keep on SHOUTING.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Yesterday was 730 days from the start date to the end date, end date included.

Or 1 year, 11 months, 30 days including the end date.

        Tomorrow is 2 years!

Yesterday was my 210th AF day, coming up to 7 months without any booze...............utterly new UKB territory.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

          AF date 22/07/13
